Band Bios

A drummer since the age of 3, and a professional musician since the age of 12, Scott played in various original West Coast bands in the 70’s and 80’s before moving to Port Huron in 1990. Nineteen-ninety-one signaled the beginning of ‘The Hit Men”, a popular local classic rock band, (including Mr. Nice Guy members Jon and Greg) that rocked the Port Huron music scene for 15 solid years.

Jim got his first bass on his 13th birthday for $13.00.  Played in Blue Water area bands doing covers and original rock in various covers in several bands including a high school band with Greg (the Professor), and then a jazz/rock fusion in a band that Jon (Willie) was part of. Later, Jim played in two bands that included both Jon and Greg (Crossfire, Dazzler) before moving north to run radio station WCEN for 15 years. Upon his return to the area played in "Legal Tender" and "Simpleton Guru" before rejoining with Jon and Greg, along with "Hit men" drummer Scott "No Relation" Bundy to form "Mr. Nice Guy".

Jon began playing professionally at the age of fifteen.  He has played in several bands including, Masque, Dazzler, Never Say Never , Dropkickjonez , and Hitmen.  His musical influences are Emerson, Lake and Palmer, Styx, and Kansas.
